Canceled Orders:
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing the order at service@meamoken.com. When requesting a cancellation, please provide your order number and contact information.
If the package is currently in transit, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel your order.
What should I do if I receive an incomplete product?
First, please make sure that you have only received one tracking number from us. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team at service@meamoken.com. We will investigate and process your request within 12 hours and communicate with you to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a logistics investigation, reshipment, refund, or replacement of the missing item(s).

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy Validity: You have 30 days from receiving your product to initiate a return.
Important Notice: Upon receiving your Meamoken bath towels, you may open the package to inspect the material, quality, size, and check for any shipping damage. If you wish to return the product, ensure it remains in its original packaging with all tags and parts included. Please do not wash the towels if you plan to return them. We appreciate your understanding.

- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the receipt date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.

Refunds:

- Non-Eligibility: No refund will be issued if the product does not qualify.

- Items not returned in their original condition may incur a restocking fee up to the full purchase value, depending on the damage or missing items.

- Any additional shipping costs due to special requests (like next-day or international delivery) are non-refundable.
- The 30-day return period begins on the day you receive the item(s). If items are returned after this period, you will cover the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
